MEMPHIS, TN -
(WMC-TV) – The owner of a local roofing business is in hot water after allegedly not following through on work he promised customers.
Christopher Isaia, the owner of Tennessee Roofing Professionals, has been arrested and charged with 16 counts of providing fraudulent home improvement.
Isaia is accused of not doing work on the roofs of at least 16 people who had storm damage and had signed contracts with his company.
According to an affidavit of complaint, the Shelby County District Attorney’s office and the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office are still getting complaints about the business.
